Housing

The Housing Services Office recognizes the challenges involved in the search for affordable housing in and around New York City and strives to be a housing resource for faculty, students, and staff at the medical center.

The housing portfolio of NYU Langone Medical Center provides a range of housing options for its faculty, students, and eligible staff. Those eligible to apply for medical center housing include medical students, MD/PhD students, Sackler graduate students, house staff, nurses, faculty, and post-doctoral fellows. The Housing Office is located at 339 East 28 Street (between First and Second Avenues), New York, NY 10016. Our telephone number is (212) 263-5025. If you have any questions about applying for Medical Center housing, e-mail us at housing@nyumc.org.

If you live in Medical Center housing and would like to make a repair request for a unit in Rubin Hall, Greenberg Hall, or Susan and Martin Lipton Hall, you can complete one of the Real Estate Service Request Forms available in the lobby. If you live in one of our leased apartments, you can reach out directly to your respective superintendent or building management office. You can contact the Property Management team via email at property.management@nyumc.org.   For more contact information, visit their webpage at http://redaf.med.nyu.edu/real-estate-housing-parking/real-estate/property-management/residential .
