Housing for Medical & MD/PhD Students
Housing Services works in conjunction with the Offices of Admissions, Student Affairs, Bursar and Registrar to coordinate housing accommodations for our students. Housing Services is responsible for overseeing housing applications, assignments, the medical student housing lottery and housing licensing for those students living in housing owned or leased directly by the medical center.
Application forms for medical student housing are furnished to newly matriculating students by the Office of Admissions.
Accommodations for student couples (married or documented partnerships) are limited, but we urge you to submit your housing request to Housing Services as soon as you are offered admission to the School.
In the residential buildings for medical students, there are 24-hour security services and card-swipe access in the buildings. Laundry facilities are on the premises, but there are no supplemental storage facilities. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited throughout the medical center.
