Billing Questions

Rent records are overseen by Finance and Administration within Real Estate Development & Facilities.  If you have questions about your housing charges, security deposit, or payroll deduction, please write to redf.finance@nyumc.org or call (212) 263-2460.

For your benefit and convenience, if you live in medical center housing, you can elect to have your rent deducted from your salary.  If you elect the payroll deduction option, you must submit a signed and completed Payroll Deduction Authorization Form, which must include your Employee ID number (found on your pay stub) to Finance and Administration within RED&F.  Note that staff on the Bellevue payroll system cannot have their rent payments deducted.
