Rent Billing Questions

Rent records are overseen by Finance and Administration within Real Estate Development and Facilities.  If you have questions about your rent payment records, security deposit, refund, or payroll deduction, please write to redf.finance@nyumc.org  

For your benefit and convenience, if you live in medical center housing, you can elect to have your rent deducted from your salary. If you elect the payroll deduction option, you must submit to the Finance and Administration staff a signed and completed Payroll Deduction Authorization Form, which must include your Employee ID number (found on your pay stub). The completed form can be dropped off at the Housing Office. Note that staff on the Bellevue payroll cannot have their rent payments deducted as it is a separate payroll system.
