
NYU Langone Medical Center has more than 80 meeting/conference spaces available to prospective users within the Medical Center community, as well as to eligible organizations outside the Medical Center. These facilities offer a wide range of sizes and configurations and include classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums and other multi-purpose spaces.
As part of the Real Estate Development and Facilities department, the Facilities Scheduling Office (FSO) coordinates the assignment of all such spaces and processes requests to ensure their use aligns with the core mission of NYULMC. For important information regarding procedures and eligibility for prospective users, please review the FSO's policy governing the use of the Medical Center's meeting/conference resources.
Meeting Room Manager is an online tool for requesting a meeting room for a specific date and time at various NYULMC locations. To use the tool, please click on the link below.
If you are on a standard desktop PC, you will automatically be logged in. If you are on another PC you may be prompted for a username and password. Enter your user ID in the format smithj01@nyumc.org and your email password. On your first log in, please be sure to enter your full name and email address, and you will not be required to do so again.
Your request will be reviewed by the meeting resource owner, and then you will receive an email confirmation.

1. I can't log into MRM; What am I doing wrong?
Standard desktop builds do not require a log in. If prompted for login information, enter your user id in the format ‘smithj01@nyumc.org’ and your email password. When you first log in, input your full name and email address. This data will be retained by the application for subsequent logins.
2. Do I have to use Windows/Internet Explorer?
No. MRM is completely functional in Internet Explorer or Firefox for the Mac and PC. Safari might not render all the columns correctly and is therefore not recommended.
3. Why don't I see a particular room?
MCIT is working with the various departments to move rooms into the new tool. While not all locations are live in the system yet, we are working to have them available to you as soon as possible. If your department administration would like to bring a location of theirs to our attention to be included, please call the Helpdesk at (212) 263-6868 and request a "New MRM Resource" ticket be created.
4. Can I access MRM from off-campus?
Yes, you can access MRM if you are offsite using Onsitehealth.
5. I select recurrence and nothing happens, what is wrong?
You most likely have a pop-up blocker enabled. Disable it while you use MRM.
